Positive: The place is quiet, very clean and private which we value more than anything. We appreciated the mosquito nets, the spacious rooms , the comfy bed and the smell of the pine trees. The lightings can be adjusted, if you love a soft light there are lights by the bed. We loved the beautiful surroundings, the little walk to the beach and the warmth of the host. In the night everything is quiet and the white path from the beach back to the hotel is enchanted. You can see the stars and listen to the cicadas. All the team is great here, they do their best to help you feel great. We both would recommend the place!

Positive: It being remote up on the hill in a quiet place and the clean and perfect pool.

Positive: We liked the serene environment far from the main road and the touristic areas but also a short drive from the best locations in the south part of the island. The large pool was also very comfortable. The apartment was also quite spacious and adequately cleaned daily.

Negative: However, mostly everything else was a disaster. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment on the ground floor. The only path to it was through dirt, meaning that coming from the pool everything became full of mud. There was no door mat provided to help. Inside the apartment, 2 of the beds were broken. One bed had one left that would come out when tried to move it. The boy double bed was actually broken on one side, almost touching the floor when my wife lied on top. We asked them to fix it but nobody bothered to even check. So they knew already. Almost, every wall outlet would come out of the wall with minimal effort. This terrified us given our son being only 4.5 years old. The towels were like sandpaper. I used my beach towel instead. The shower head was full of limescale causing uneven and slow flow. Its holder on the wall was also placed in the most unorthodox way (horizontally) making it impossible to have a proper shower. At random hours they're was no hot water at all. Finally the light over the mirror was not even connected to the power. The kitchenette was lacking. No rack to dry plates. Just one bent knife provided for a room of four. No towel, sponge, or detergent. Only 4 normal plates, no bowls or any deep dish. There were mugs for Greek coffee and one briki, but no water boiler. The wifi was actually good when it worked. Periodically the access point would refuse all connections (verified with neighbours and a multitude of own devices) requiring a reboot. However, most of the time, the owner Dimitris was nowhere to be found to do that. Also, our apartment had no normal door. The existing door led to a party of the hotel that we under construction so it was locked. Instead we had to use the patio door which locked with great difficulty and could very easily be forced open. Several times we returned to find it unlocked by the maid. Finally, our bed linen were not changed once during our 5 night stay. The horrendous towels were changed only once.

Summary: Overpriced and uncomfortable.

Negative: Too expensive for the facilities offered. Old furniture. Missing AC in the bedroom. There was an AC in the living room, but not enough for 2 rooms.
